My career that began in employment services,  and I have worked in the VET sector since 2003.

I love the project approach to courses, where I meet with clients & design a customised program including the strategy and the resources. Seeing the resources come to life as I work with the learners is challenging at times, but always exciting. 

Although I love the complexity of delivering diploma level content, there are great rewards when people's faces light up because they have successfully completed a Certificate II or III & it is their first ever qualification because they didn't finish high school.

I constantly challenge myself to make training as fun & energetic as I can, as I know this will help the learning to stick.
